We're testing Xapads, an in-app traffic source, for iGaming and crypto offers. It's too early for hard numbers, and we won't publish any until we have enough volume. This page explains what Xapads is, why we picked it and exactly how we're testing it.
Why we started testing Xapads in-app traffic
We're always looking for new ways to scale quality traffic for iGaming and crypto. Most in-app networks our competitors use are the same handful of names, which means the same placements, the same auction pressure and rising prices.
Xapads came up for a simple reason. Teams running gambling offers there have been showing very interesting results, which made the source worth a deeper look. We don't take that at face value (other people's results rarely transfer one to one), but it was enough to put budget behind a proper test.
What Xapads is
Xapads Media is an India-based adtech platform. According to a 2022 MMA Global release, it has direct access to more than 25,000 apps globally, reaches over 850M unique users a month and operates nine offices across India, the US, Singapore, the UAE, Indonesia and Russia. That same release announced a strategic partnership with Xiaomi giving advertisers access to Xiaomi's in-app inventory (MMA Global, October 2022).
Those are the company's own figures from 2022. What matters to us is how the traffic behaves on our offers today.
How we're testing it
We've launched tests across different geos and funnels. The method is the same one we use for any new source:
- Separate campaigns per geo and vertical. iGaming and crypto never share a campaign, and Tier-1 never shares one with growing markets.
- Small budgets per placement. Enough to get signal, not enough to burn money on a bad zone.
- Postbacks on the money event. Registration for the first days, then first deposit (FTD) as soon as there's volume.
- Fraud filters from day one. Click-to-install time, installs without events, device clusters and odd-hour spikes.
What would make us scale it
We'll scale Xapads if cost per FTD on whitelisted placements lands at or below our current in-app sources for the same geo, and if 7-day redeposit rates hold up. If the source brings cheap registrations but weak deposits, we'll say so. That happens with new sources more often than anyone admits.
FAQ
What is Xapads?
Xapads Media is an India-based adtech platform for in-app advertising. Per a 2022 MMA Global release, it has direct access to 25,000+ apps and offices in India, the US, Singapore, the UAE, Indonesia and Russia, plus a partnership with Xiaomi for in-app inventory.
Is Xapads good for iGaming traffic?
We don't have our own benchmarks yet. Some teams with gambling offers report interesting results there, and we're running tests across several geos and funnels. We'll publish real data once the volume is large enough.
How do you test a new in-app traffic source?
Separate campaigns per geo and vertical, small budgets per placement, postbacks on registration and FTD, and fraud filters from the first day. A source gets scaled only if cost per FTD beats our current sources.
While this test runs, here's what we already know about in-app: scaling in-app traffic with AppLovin, in-app video ads benchmarks 2026 and in-app traffic for crypto brands. For iGaming sourcing in general, read how to buy iGaming traffic: sources, prices and anti-bot checks.
