Crypto projects rarely fail for lack of marketing services. They fail because they buy the wrong mix: PR when they need depositors, cheap clicks when they need traders, influencers when the funnel leaks at KYC.

This is a map of crypto marketing services in 2026 — what each one does, when it pays off and what it costs in our campaigns at iAdvertising. One standard runs through all of it: a service is worth buying only if you can connect it to users who deposit, trade or pay.

Acquisition services

Crypto ad networks and dApp traffic. Banners and native units on explorers, DEX tools, wallets and crypto media. The audience already holds coins. Our inventory: 300M+ daily impressions, 2,500+ sites, CTR around 0.4–0.6% versus 0.1% for typical display. Best for exchanges, wallets, DeFi and crypto casinos.

In-app advertising. App-install and event-optimized campaigns through networks like AppLovin. The fastest way to scale a mobile wallet, exchange or investment app — if you optimize to deposit, not install. See also our in-app video benchmarks by GEO.

Telegram advertising. Telegram Ads and placements in crypto and finance channels. Around €1 per Tier-1 subscriber for crypto channels, $0.86 for a fintech channel, 500+ investment-club members for €2,000. The natural channel for signal products, clubs and communities.

Paid social. Facebook and TikTok still work for crypto with warm-up funnels and compliant creatives. A TikTok campaign for a trading seminar brought 19,400 registrations at $0.29 each; Facebook crypto traffic delivered leads from Nigeria and France with CTR above 4%. We also move Facebook traffic into Telegram and offer Facebook- and X-style audiences without account bans.

YouTube and video promotion. For videos that fail Google Ads review: a trading bot in LATAM got 1M+ impressions and 6,000+ installs. For a crypto blogger, ads and optimization brought 8.1M views and +49.8K subscribers. Open-web video is covered in video ads beyond Meta and Google.

X (Twitter) promotion. Verified accounts and pay-per-action pricing for token launches, IDOs and project announcements.

Native and display. Finance and news inventory for Tier-1 lead generation — for example, a financial offer in the USA and France at $3.92 per lead.

Trust and brand services

Crypto PR. Publications across APNews, Benzinga, MarketWatch, Cryptopolitan, Coingape and 400+ media links. PR does not bring leads by itself; it makes every paid click convert better and is often required before listings and partnerships.

Newsletters, podcasts and media outreach. Sponsorships in crypto newsletters reaching 260K+ subscribers, podcast integrations and 1M+ monthly media impressions. Good for warm audiences who read long-form content.

Crypto SEO. The slowest channel and the cheapest per user once it works: a 16-week link-building strategy grew organic traffic 187% in LATAM in 90 days (case).

Where the money usually is: the funnel after the click

Most crypto budgets are lost after the click, not before it. Before scaling any channel we look at:

  • Landing pages and pre-sell — a Telegram channel, webinar or explainer between ad and deposit
  • Tracking — postbacks for registration, KYC, deposit and first trade
  • Retargeting — registered users who did not deposit, with a bonus or a concrete reason to return
  • Segmentation — in our wallet case, targeting holders with $1.5K–$10K, competitor exchange users and bonus retargeting gave 3,095 traders and 8.45× ROI in 30 days (case)

How to assemble the right mix

There is no universal stack. A starting point by product:

Product Core channels Add later
Exchange / wallet Crypto ad networks, in-app, retargeting PR, Telegram, X
Trading bot / copy trading Telegram, YouTube, native TikTok, in-app
Investment club / signals Telegram channels, Facebook → Telegram Newsletters, webinars
Investment / fintech app In-app, native in Tier-1 PR, SEO
Token launch / Web3 project X, Telegram, PR dApp ads, newsletters
Crypto casino Crypto ad networks, programmatic, Telegram Native, pops for GEO tests

Start with two or three channels, track them to the money event, and add the next channel only when the first ones are profitable. Detailed playbooks: crypto investment platforms, crypto exchanges, crypto casinos.

The one question that sorts agencies

Ask any agency: "What did a paying user cost in your last campaign for a product like mine?"

Good agencies answer with a number and the funnel behind it — cost per trader, per depositor, per paying member. Weak ones answer with impressions, reach and follower counts. Our answers are in the cases: $14.70 per active trader, $20 per US investment lead, $0.29 per registration, ~€4 per club member — each with the GEO and source it came from. Private traffic sources

Most crypto advertisers buy the same public inventory, so the best placements are crowded and expensive. Besides public networks, we run private sources that are not available in self-serve ad platforms:

  • Facebook- and X-style audiences without ad accounts — for finance and crypto offers. No account moderation, no farming or warming, no account bans when you scale; your existing landing page is enough to go live. Live GEOs include PH, BR, BD, TH, ZA, NG, MY, ID and more (how it works).
  • Exclusive website pools on CPC. Direct deals with publishers give access to placements other buyers cannot reach — for example, our exclusive pool of Greek sites delivered 74M+ impressions and 133K+ clicks (Greece case).
  • Whitelists built on real conversions. After every campaign we keep the placements that brought paying users, so the next launch starts from proven zones instead of from zero.

Availability depends on GEO and vertical. Tell us yours, and we'll say straight whether a private source fits.

Compliance

We launch traffic in any GEO the client chooses. Licensing, disclaimers and local financial-promotion rules are on the project's side — we deliver the traffic, the client decides where its product may be offered.
