Crypto investment products are some of the hardest offers to advertise. Google and Meta restrict them, the audience has seen every "passive income" promise, and a cheap lead that never deposits is worth nothing. At the same time, the people who do invest have budgets, and they stay for months.

This guide covers how to advertise a crypto investment platform in 2026 — trading bots, copy-trading apps, investment clubs, signal channels and crypto-friendly fintech products. Every number below comes from campaigns we ran at iAdvertising.

What counts as a crypto investment offer

For an ad platform and for the user, these are different products with different funnels:

  • Trading bots and copy trading — the user connects an exchange account or deposits into the bot. Conversion event: bot start, then funded account.
  • Investment clubs and signal channels — the user joins a Telegram channel or chat, then buys a subscription or follows calls. Conversion event: subscriber, then paying member.
  • Fintech and investment apps — the user installs an app and passes KYC. Conversion event: install, then verified account, then first deposit.
  • Education and webinars — the user registers for a seminar and is sold a course or product afterwards. Conversion event: registration, then show-up, then sale.

The funnel decides the traffic source. A bot that needs a funded exchange account will not work on the same traffic as a free webinar.

Where crypto investment traffic comes from

Telegram channels

Telegram is where crypto investors already read market news, so it is the most natural place for investment clubs and signal products. Two of our campaigns:

  • An investment club got 500+ new members in one week from ads in 5 finance Telegram channels, on a €2,000 budget with 2.5M+ reach (case). That is about €4 per member.
  • A fintech Telegram channel for an international audience paid $0.86 per subscriber: $1,399 budget, about 1,627 new subscribers (case).

For Tier-1 audiences we typically grow crypto channels at around €1 per subscriber (how to advertise a crypto channel).

Paid social: Facebook and TikTok

Meta is strict with crypto, but it still works when the funnel is built carefully: warm-up content, compliant landing pages, and traffic pushed into Telegram or a lead form rather than straight to a deposit page.

  • Facebook campaigns for a crypto offer brought leads from Nigeria and France with creative CTR above 4% (case in Russian).
  • We move Facebook traffic into Telegram channels so the channel keeps growing at a good price (case).
  • TikTok brought 19,400 registrations for an online trading seminar: $5,634 budget, $0.05 CPC, $0.29 per registration, 17% conversion. A lookalike audience built on real registrants cut the cost per registration by about 20% (case in Russian).

YouTube and video

Trading-bot videos often fail Google Ads review. Promotion outside Google Ads still works: a trading bot in LATAM got 1M+ impressions and 6,000+ installs (case). For open-web video that does not depend on Google moderation, see video ads for iGaming and crypto.

Native, in-app and crypto ad networks

  • Native and display on finance sites work well for Tier-1 lead generation. A financial offer in the USA and France got leads at $3.92 (case in Russian).
  • In-app traffic via AppLovin and similar networks scales installs for investment apps with event-based optimization (case).
  • Crypto ad networks and dApps reach people who already hold coins: 300M+ daily impressions, placements on platforms like Solscan and DexTools, CTR around 0.4–0.6% (case).

Prices we see

Offer GEO Source Result
Investment bot USA Paid traffic Leads at $20, client satisfied with quality
Financial offer USA, France Paid traffic Leads at $3.92
Crypto bot France Test campaign 103,000+ impressions, 627 clicks, 205 bot starts
Investment club International Telegram channels 500+ members for €2,000
Fintech channel International Telegram Ads $0.86 per subscriber
Trading seminar Mixed TikTok $0.29 per registration

A $20 lead in the USA and a $0.29 registration on TikTok are not comparable — they sit at different points of the funnel and different GEOs. Compare the cost of the event that brings money: funded account, paid subscription, first deposit.

How to estimate what you can pay per lead

The rule is simple: the cost per lead is only expensive or cheap compared to what a lead brings.

Example calculation (not a case): if 1 in 10 leads funds an account and an average funded client brings $300 in fees over 6 months, a lead is worth about $30. A $20 lead is profitable; a $5 lead that never funds is not.

This is the main lesson from almost $5M we have spent on crypto offers: everyone looks at the cheap lead, but LTV over 7–30 days decides whether the campaign makes money (7 lessons from $5M, in Russian).

Creatives that work for investment offers

  • Show the product, not the dream. Screens of the bot, the dashboard, real trade history. "Passive income" banners get banned and attract the wrong people.
  • Lead with a concrete hook in the first 3 seconds for video: one feature, one market, one result.
  • Use people. Speaker video, founder explainers and member reviews work for clubs and webinars.
  • Match the GEO. Local language, local currency, local payment methods.
  • Refresh often. Working combinations of creative, landing page and source burn out faster than you expect — the market copies them.

Funnel and tracking

  1. Pick one conversion event per stage — lead, bot start, funded account — and send postbacks for each.
  2. Pre-sell before the deposit. Telegram channels, webinars and email warm-ups convert cold traffic better than a direct deposit page.
  3. Use lookalikes on real converters, not on clicks.
  4. Split GEOs. Tier-1 and Tier-2 traffic behave differently; never mix them in one campaign.
  5. Know when to switch off. Stopping a dying combination on time is often worth more than finding a new one.

Private traffic sources

Most crypto advertisers buy the same public inventory, so the best placements are crowded and expensive. Besides public networks, we run private sources that are not available in self-serve ad platforms:

  • Facebook- and X-style audiences without ad accounts — for finance and crypto offers. No account moderation, no farming or warming, no account bans when you scale; your existing landing page is enough to go live. Live GEOs include PH, BR, BD, TH, ZA, NG, MY, ID and more (how it works).
  • Exclusive website pools on CPC. Direct deals with publishers give access to placements other buyers cannot reach — for example, our exclusive pool of Greek sites delivered 74M+ impressions and 133K+ clicks (Greece case).
  • Whitelists built on real conversions. After every campaign we keep the placements that brought paying users, so the next launch starts from proven zones instead of from zero.

Availability depends on GEO and vertical. Tell us yours, and we'll say straight whether a private source fits.

Compliance

Investment and trading products are regulated in most Tier-1 markets. Licensing, disclaimers and risk warnings are on the product owner's side — we launch the traffic, the client decides where its product may legally be offered. We do not run creatives that promise guaranteed returns: they get banned and bring low-quality users anyway.

The bottom line

Crypto investment platforms grow best on a mix: Telegram for trust and community, TikTok and Facebook for volume, native and in-app for Tier-1 leads, crypto-native networks for people who already hold coins. Our campaigns show the range — from $0.29 registrations to $20 high-intent US leads — but the number that matters is what a funded client brings.
